Yes! Yes! Yes! It's official, they are already coming out with the next version of UT.  UT 2004 is scheduled to hit the shelves  this fall.  Looks like I will HAVE to upgrade the PC now!.
GameSpy got a sneak preview at the E3, and here are a few quotes from the report:

The most significant additions to the game are two new gameplay modes--namely onslaught and assault, which is making a welcome return after a period of absence, although with plenty of enhancements.

And here is the end of the GameVoice era, and the end of CS players excuses:

UT2004 will also feature voice support so you can communicate effectively with your teammates or glean more satisfaction by mocking fallen opponents, although we didn't actually get to see this feature in action.

I just hope they make it feel more like UT again.
