Spammers are use virus infected computers to spam.:mad:
Here is what the register Says.

This Urks me to no end
Spam and Viruses make me uncontrollably mad anyways but this is just...Grrr!

yea......my hotmailaccount has that problem....every day i get a email sayimg stuff like....returened mail....helloo.......luckly for me its hot mail so it auotmaticly checks for stuff....anybody want the new mydoom vitus?

What are you intending to do with those copies that you make.  Myself, I look at it this way.  Say you went to Iraq and happened across a vial of neve agent.  There are hundreds sitting there but you only take one, just so you have some.  Six months later you make a little mistake and the agent (virus) is opened up because you forgot what it was.  Too late now for "opps" or "gee guys, it was an accident."  Get the point here?

There was a BOFH who worked here a few years ago, kept a log and copies of all viruses he encountered.  Funny, a week after he was fired we experienced the worst virus outbreak in the history of the company.

Actually, I had a library of over 100 viruses on floppies at one point.  But I decided to blow it away before I infected myself, or someone else.

My dad's office had the Mydoom virus strung across the office.
The server had 2348 files infected
each computer had 341 files infected
and my dad had 4 on his computer @ work
can we say Anti Virus
