Never been to a LAN, have a ?...

Well, I've been checking out your site for a while waiting for the next LAN, I'd like to attend, but I've never been to one.  I keep hearing about clans when I see you guys referring to the LAN's you attend, do you need to be a part of a clan, or do you just throw guys onto a team during the LAN?

Asking, because I don't want to show up with my rig in hand, and someone ask...hey wheres the rest of your team....smile.

There are team events planned. In these cases, we will make announcements before Tournaments for single players looking for a team and vice versa.

Thanks for the response, yes I plan on coming...actually looking forward to it.   I'll pull out one of my best modded rigs, and be there ready to FRAG with the best of 'em.

Personally, the best part about LAN parties is the pickup games.  I love that so many peeps just start a server and people can jump in as they wish.

What's NetWar3?  Might give it a shot.  I've got to tell ya guys I do appreciate all of the responses.  Felt a little stupid asking the question....

Headed out to CompUSA tonight to buy Battlefield, and the new UT...haven't played UT much, and BF not at all, thought I'd practice up.  I've been a DF fan since the first game came out(I have them all).  Also play SOF2, and MOHAA(Spearhead too).  Quite a few games I've tried and didn't like them as much, but I do play CounterStrike a bit.  

After looking over the box, this Battlefield looks like it rocks.  Got my new vid card in the mail from Tiger Direct tonight(Nvidia), so will be putting that in, and loading the game.  UT, I've played in the past, just didn't have the latest ver.

well, heading off to play with my new toys...:lol...
