So, I log in to the game, and start going through my messages. I find one from Shandrian that says:



I check it out and yep, he was online hit.  To the Bloodthirsty Dagger of Peace!  Warm up the Phaser Emitters  we got some teaching to do.

I put the guy in the shipyard and fire off a pleasant warning message about hitting the fleet.  He replies back.  Rather than bore you with the details I will instead post the thread.

Online attacking one member of this fleet means you have online attacked the fleet. You will be spending some time in the penalty box.

thats not a attack but a raid there are difference between them

i only attacks players that are off line

but in order to make some more crds i raid on and off line

whats yours problems

theres nothing in the rules that tell me that i can not do this

and by the way i only raid players with cargo above 100

and has i told yours member it was a mistake

because whats the point of sending another players to the pit box for 15 minutes if he is on line

o don't like to send someone to the pit unless he is at war with my fleet or myself

The logs show it as an attack. Either way, any attack or raid against us results in retaliation. You can yell and complain all you want, it won't help.

For your edification I point you to the Newcomers Guide to the Game that has been posted in the forums. Please note the sections on attacks and raids. Be glad I am not Oljomo or GDL, and that I am in a pretty good mood.

Remember he is in Amsterdam and doesn't speak English as his native tongue.  I told it was fine and online attacking us as part of a Fleet War is fine.  Something tells me he would have to pick on our low levels and even then carefully, because it looks like anyone over 20 with smoke him in an instant.
