Does BF2 : SP come out on 11/22/2005?

I've been checking over BattleField 2 Special Forces and this looks awesome.

Check this if you haven't already:

In Battlefield 2: Special Forces, players will choose to fight as one of 6 different Special Forces soldiers -- Navy SEALs, British SAS, Russian Spetznas, MEC Special Forces, Rebel groups and insurgents.

Special Forces, Special Weapons, Special Vehicles, Special Missions...Become an elite soldier or insurgent in the secret war for control of the modern world's most strategic locations. Fight intense online battles using the latest weaponry on land, in the air, and at sea.

Battlefield 2 Special Forces takes the intensity and quality of Battlefield 2 behind the scenes of news headlines, showcasing the most elite and deadly forces in the modern military world. Using accurate Special Forces weapons, gadgets, and vehicles, these covert armies battle to control key military and strategic locations.

In Battlefield 2 Special Forces, players will choose to fight as one of 6 different Special Forces soldiers Navy SEALs, British SAS, Russian Spetznas, MEC Special Forces, Rebel groups and insurgents. Armed with the latest Special Forces weaponry, players can take control of any of the game's 10 new vehicles to engage in major conflicts with up to 64 players. Additionally, persistent character growth allows players to continue to rise through the ranks.

The Battlefield 2 game engine and physics system brings the modern battlefield to life like never before. The material penetration feature measures weapons' ability to fire through barriers based on their composition and players will need to know the difference between concealment and cover in order to survive.

Now if only peeps could play tactically, and not run and gun. This would be even better. This brings me back to my Tom Clancy days, back when Tom Clancy games were good.

I love this game play, I still try and play like this. Sneaking around, sneaking up on people, shooting them with an MP5SD.

I Will probably get this game. because I love this game play style so much.
No matter how hard you try to push the envelope, remember it's only stationary.

It sounds great, but it sounds like it is mainly an online type of game. For me, I also like to just play by myself sometimes where as BF2, it pretty much feels like in order to really do anything, you have to play online.

It's not all bad, but I still want a little more in my games.

And what is the cost of this?
--------------------------------
Zoƫ: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.

Okay, I did not get what Boom was talking about so I did some research.

Apparently to play the Special Forces you need to update BF2 with a patch that did not come out until yesterday.

I find that to be another stupid thing EA has done to the Battlefield game. It is sad that you need a patch that does not come out until the game has already hit the market to play.
