I am sure there is a util that will do it.  Just have to find it.  Probably a *nix app though.

Right now I'm messing with Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2.

So far it looks like I'll be able to do that, its just right now I need some DVD's to burn to.

not to bust you bubble Andeerson but winDVD creator2 Sucks the ugly monkey.

it is well worth the investment to get Roxio DVD builder

From what I've been trying out on Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2, I am able to burn a video from my computer to a CD or DVD using it.
