How soon will you be switching to Windows XP?

Zoë: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.

BTW, XP SP1 is about to be released, and Win2K Sp3 is out but not announced.

*edit*
And on that note, 10 minutes later I get an email with the URL for what SP3 has fixed.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q320853
Also, if you have a copy, I would recommend you wait to install it until AFTER they announce it.  It seems that some people are finding problems with it.

I believe that you are looking for this.

Still have to get past personal firewalls, and you should be disabling the AutoUpdate function automatically.

I'm in the process of upgrading to XP.  Decided on a clean install, got UT, Game Voice, and the Nostromo installed last night, did some gaming, I didn't have to reboot half as much so far.  We shall see how it goes long term.
