We will be using GameVoice, TeamSpeak, and also one other that escapes me at the moment.

the review I just read on that, they say it is very taxing on your system. They didn't like it. Had a lot of lag over a cable network. It does do better over Lan. Thats the only thing they said to use it for.

I have used Ventrillo on a LAN, and the quality isn't as good as GV, but it ran fairly well.

Teamspeak isn't too bad, but I really like GV the best.
