SuperBots

This mutator makes the bots do some smarter things. The most obvious of them is:
-Bots dodge more
-Bots dodgejump
-Bots liftjump
-Bots dodgejump for speed while moving
-Bots keep track of important powerups (super shield, double damage, superweapons, etc) and will head for them as they spawn.
-Bots take advantage of dodgejumping to take shortcuts
-I added code for walldodging, but it's rare to see a situation where a bot could use it
-Bots don't stupidly charge with shock rifle or instagib gun
-Bots won't waste their spawn protection by firing right after they spawn
-Bots use the shieldgun if they're near death and running towards health

You will need at least version 2225 of UT2003 to use this mutator.

Sometimes when you hit an opponent you shoot him/her into lava or other
hazzardous areas. You have caused your opponent to die, but you don't get any
points for it.
This mutator checks for that kind if kill and awards you the points you should
receive because you were responsible for the kill.
Note: This mutator makes no difference between teams, so if you push your
teammate into lava this will be counted as team kill regardless of the current
status of the Friendly Fire option.

Target Practice v2

http://www.ut2003hq.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=2592

Two practice modes:

1) Drone fires Shock Balls which you must combo.
2) Drone fires Trans Beacons which you must shoot with a Lightning Gun.

All items are removed from the level and you are given a Translocator and
Drone Gun.  Firing the Drone Gun places a Drone at that spot, which will
fire according to your configuration.  Firing the Drone Gun again recalls
the Drone and you can place it somewhere else.  While your Practice weapon
is selected a listing will be displayed on the HUD showing your current
number of sequential hits, your record number of sequential hits, and
your accuracy.  Record number of sequential hits is saved for later games.

I'm thinking we should have a skeet shooting contest, and Slider MUST compete!
--------------------------------
Zoƫ: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.

Why don't we just make it a Zeet shooting contest and use paintballs instead.
