As I remember, the automobile driving manual says the average driver's reaction time is .75 seconds or 1 car length for every 10 mph.

averaging around .27.  When they come out at the bottom of the screen I am slower than at the top.

I average .221, but my fastest was 0.112.  Maybe after I wake up and get some coffee in me I'll try again.
