The X1 runs on 538 pounds of lithium-ion cells capable of generating 4,000 amps. The car has a range of 100 miles and recharges in 4.5 hours

X-1 is Battery only. The only reason to pull into a gas station would be to clean out your underwear.

There are many reasons to stop at a gas station, especially since there are no existing gas only type stations.  Now you have the convience store that sells everything you might want that has a price tag of $5 or less.

Ok, I found out they are using the Ariel Atom as there frame.
But I'm not sure if it will be licenced to make avalible for sale. Unless they are going to buy them convert them and sell them. which is awfull expesive.

by the way I can't seem to get to brammo motors the company in america that was building and selling Atoms in america. Hmmm.
