i just bought 2 sticks of 256mb of pc100,PNY is the manufacturer... from Office Depot on 125th and Center.....  price $49.99 for each stick....


They also had an Envision 17in flat screen CRT for $128    

might want to call ahead ...i don't think they were weekend specials or anything but i'd call before driving out there....

He said $50-$75 ....  at this point... he needs something to handle an OS(win98) and then a couple of games ..like a 10gig...  

i have mentioned he can get a 20gig for $62...so that is also in his head...but figured someone out here in cyber land... may have something as well...

i got the ram at the last computer fair at 72 & grover. the guy only had pc 100 about 30 sticks of 128.
If your friend needs to barrow a hardrive I have a 15 gig. W/D 7200 drive he can use until he gets his other one.OR I WILL SELL IT FOR  $25
