Excerpt from the article on Ars Technica:During the Opening Ceremonies of Beijing 2008, a handful of people in the crowd weren't looking at the flashing lights, the fireworks, or the Olympic torch. Instead, their eyes were focused on what many are claiming to be the largest BSOD image ever seen. Apparently computers handling the Opening Ceremonies were running Windows XP Embedded and, for one reason or another, it crashed.
