first of all, it wasn't a yes or now question.  Secondly, i said that you had to THINK! about it.  So maybe you want to get with the thinking, and less of FFVII'ing.

The point is that if they were more concerned with customer satisfaction and supirior products and less with just trying to make money people would trust them more and then they would buy more of their products and they would end up having a larger consumer population.

I was basically saying that they will never stop, and that the goal for most companys is to make money. Just like the situation with Wal-mart right now where it is getting accused of forcing out mom and pop stores because they buy so much in bulk and give out discounts that those stores cannot compare with.

Also, consumer satisfaction dosn't really mean anything to any company anymore. Most of them are trying to make money and I have never seen a company really work hard for consumer satisfaction. If you want proof, try calling almost any tech support and get someone within 5 minutes. It will never happen.

I came accross these two websites that I think some people would be interesed in.

This one is on World of Warcraft. Apparently you could have used the root kit to hack the game.

This one is on is where a guy who found it on his system, determined that it was bad, and then tried to remove it. You can see how successful he was here.

I'm just suprised Blizzard has not tried to sue Sony for helping creating hack on their game.

And now the head of the RIAA proves how stupid he is.

Zoë: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.

He keeps on rambleing about how 'Campus Record Stores' keep shutting down, and it's the fault of the downloading of music. Has the RIAA (Sherman) thought that it also might be that the local music store has more to offer then the 'Campus Record Store' does. Also, music sales have actually gone up in the last year and a half in most main steam music stores.

If he his work is base upon the failure of his 'Campus Record Store' his battle is a little bit on the false side. I belive he isn't looking at the big picture.

I found another interesting story on this rootkit issue.

I am not sure on how true this is, but some of it sounds like something sony would do.

I have found something that makes RIAA very useful!!

It is a great way to express your fealings and to get some functionality out of them! The only problem is that each one costs $5.95.

They have the right idea, but the way they executed it was completely wrong. Espcially trying to only limit the user to listening to the cd only 3 times on a computer

Some people are really trying to make Sony pay by issuing a huge boycott.
