Et tu GoogleBar?

I just started using the GoogleBar recently as a way to search quickly without all the wonderful pop-ups and such that other site have on their sites.  However, it turns out that there is a new feature in the Googlebar that cannot be disabled.

One of the few newsletters that I do read has more info on that here.
