The Duke Nukem Story

Found a very interesting read with Wired magazine, they covered the saga of Duke Nukem and the demise of 3D Relms
Don't fear, the Rocket Master is here!

Somehow I kinda knew that would be the story when it eventually came out.

Very sad, but not too surprising.  I only wish they had not tried to get "the latest hot thing" into it and instead picked a static point then patched up from there.  Now we have lost one of the greatest gaming properties in history.

Zoë: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.

It is a sad story on how they kept pushing for the biggest and greatest graphics out there but who knows, maybe Take 2 could win the lawsuit and get the rights to the game as well as actually produce it.

Probably will never happen though, but its a good wish.
