You all know I have a NV BFG 6800 GT OC. When H/L2 came out I bought a arctic cooler I then could play the game with a closed box and not crash. Well BF 2 came out and wow 90c+ and crashed so bad I hade to clean out the old drivers. Mr. Anderson told me about Zalmans vga cooler. I looked up the reviews and was not impressed. But I got one anyway. Went from 62c to 52c  with no load to 80c to 60c in cod.
Thanks to MR. :mg-rt:A

Boom You might want to get some support cabling set up for it, if you plan on keeping that moster of a vga Cooler.

Jolly, so far that vga heatsink has not affected my card, I do worry about it at all unless something large and heavy falls onto it. But for that to happen it needs to be pretty heavy and moving really fast.

But it does keep the card very cool! ;)

The vga card is good size too. The cooler doesn't hang over the edge like most card do.

I can now run H/L 2 with a closed case :hubba: and not have it crash. droped out of the game and looked at the temp 62c wow thats better than the 120c I was hitting.

Do you happen to have the fan that is optional on the heatsink?

I do and it even helps it cool a lot better!
