HEY ALL!

I have a question

Your rules allow for those who would never come, to place their name in the hat and reserve a spot they potentially will never fill...

Why not make this rule:

There are 100 seats available.

Pre-Pay gets you to the head of the class, so, if you are the 110th sign-up, but you prepay and only 50 have prepaid, then you are BAM! the 51st "Regestered" seat....

Thataway if I want to be there and have the measily 10 bucks that some can't seem to afford, then I actually could get in... Instead, there are those who have taken slots that won't be thewre when (if you allow pre-pay to dominate) you would at leats have the money even if I decided not to show....

Just a thought.

The way I see it is that the early registants will have the opportunity to register and confirm that they will be there.  If they don't do this by the 10th then the seat is up for grabs by the waiting list, followed by new registrants.

I realize that the fly in the ointment is the player who confirms but decides that he/she is not coming has now locked out someone who WILL have the money and the time to be there.

I will confer with the staff and see what we can do to fix this.
