It was good to meet you as well.

I hope you were just joking about hacking the CS server at Crackdown.

Uh, Z...I think you might want to bring a cattle prod to LANBush any body gets out of line they have one of two choices,
*1. They themselves can get hit by the cattle prod.
2. Their Computer can get hit.

*once their out, hit the computer:evil

I am a hacker myself, and there are others on the team.  I would not want to be the cracker that tries to mess around at an event.

Z, I am so glad that you distinguished the two in your previous statement. so many time people don't know the difference between them and I love to hear and see the proper use of both words:clap:

I may not be the best, but I have done things that script kiddies only dream of.

I remember real phreaking.

unfortunatly that statment is very true. I was going to say that they are wishing that now, but most of them I think are proud to be script kiddies. Because they just bank off of the rest of us who already did the work...kind of like microsoft.:D

I didn't have to do a lot of telnet and the such.  I started out with DOS and eventually Windoze.

Hosting is a lot different than hacking, would you be so kind as to expound upon you hacking statement for us?

OK- Someone would host a game, then we would all turn on our cheats (metacheat) and play so its not like we were cheating to be "dishonest" if you will.

Dang!  You beat me to it!

Fragger, having cheats in a game is a loooong way from hacking.  Though the person that wrote the cheats might be called a cracker.
