I have two routers running and the one the is hooked up to the net and that my computer is hooked to  is setup to allow incomming HTTP on port 80 travel to my computer on port 8080

You will either have to purchase space on the 'Net ( I can help you there ),buy a commercial account for your home,  or work around Cox.

They are blocking traffic to port 80 by default so you can't host on the standard port.  You will have to use another non-standardport like 8080.  But then it's not going to be found by default with a browser since they connect to port 80 by default.

Next is to upgrade your account to a commercial account.  Same bandwidth, better support and a static IP.

Or purchase webspace on the 'Net.  I can help you there.  email me on the side and we can talk about that.

I love when people talk about that which they don't understand totally! :lol

God Bless you nic!

here's the scoop.  We are hosted by a reseller by the name of Interactive Graphics Media.  They are a small outfit, with a horrid site.  But a great bunch of guys.  I know them all personaly and they are just the best.

Anyway, they are looking at changing vendors right now, so that they can provide better services.  But in the meantime they are still selling space.  You can email them here.  Tell them I sent you! ;)
