I really didnt have a budget, I been collecting parts. Last summer i got the case, video card hard drives. Then i just threw the fastest board i had at the time in there(Dual P3 600, Athlon 700 @ 910) Then for christmas i got the processor and cdwriter and heat sink, then right after christmas after i got the money i got a decent board, thers not supposed to be a pci bus speed lock on these but there has to be something since i have the FSB at 180:bounce:

you played it smart building a system over a long period of time  can cut the price alot. as for the FSB what is it suppose to be at?

There is a jumper that sets the FSB on the M/B by default the manufacture sets it on the slowest one

I found that mine is done though BIOS
