Battlefield 1942 Expansion Pack

And it's broken!

It says that BF1942 isn't installed.  Both the full patch, and the upgrade patch.  I checked the forums, and there are a few people all saying the same thing.

Problem:
I start to play a multiplayer game with some one else hosting, it conects to the IP ok, and starts loading and about three quarters in to the map loading process it drops back to the desk top and
nothing else will happen.
This problem happens mostly with the Desert Combat mod active.

I have this exact same problem, ive posted about on about every major board but no one knows, do you have teh latest patch? i just got done reinstalling it so i havent tried to play online yet

I have  patch 1.5 and D/C 0.5
I haven't Updated yet but i was wondering if that might be the issue.

if you dont have the same virshion of the game and/or mod it will drop out...
also if some core files are different then it will drop also...

I was on a server today that had low grav on ... It was sooooo fun!!!!

If you are getting dropouts, re-install your patches and see if that fixes it.  I have seen postings out there that suggested it.  I was getting kicked out and finally had to re-install BF and the patches.

But then I use GameDrive and the reload tokk all of 10 minutes including the expansion packs!
