I have had this for a while, just forgot to post it.

This is not done using ANY special effects, and is all parts of the car you see at the end.  take the time to follow the link on the page to read about the whole thing.

That can't be true. Tires will not roll up a hill. Although it is a cool video.

At the bottom of the page there is a link on how they did it all.  They weighted the tires so that when bumped, they would roll uphill.
