PC Gamer Mag said the this game could compete and maybe beat BF1942 for the top spot. Looks like they will compete with COD also.

Atari and Epic Games announced today that the release date for Unreal Tournament 2004, the highly anticipated follow-up to last year's smash Unreal Tournament 2003, has been moved to February 2004. The game was previously slated for release during the 2003 Holiday season.

Call of duty is out I've been having fun. In multi play you get to see how you got shot. Instant replay from the other players view.
