OK, this is getting to me.

Opie checked the Vid cards and the RAM. I have a new CPU and supposedly good mobo, but I cannot get this thing to fire up.  To make it worse, it's a socket939 and thus old technology as well.

If this thing does not get working this weekend then it's going to be rough being at NetWar.

Have you tried a new power supply? I thought that was the problem the first time around.

I hope I can go this are looking bad. Ive got a boiler to fire up just as soon as we get the parts made and air lifted in.

I have a spare PSU here and tested with that.  I am now going to have to wait until after I get back from my Dallas trip to take the new mobo and cooler I have and work with that.  grrr.

It's working.  It looks like a new PSU was in order, as well as a new mobo.  That was replaced under warranty.  The PSU replaced at my expense.  ouch.
