A great read, and awesome photography.
I kinda want to go and see in person

The working URL: Drains of Canada

*Jolly, I don't know what you are doing, but you really should test this stuff after you post it. Do a modify and look at the difference between what you had and what is working. - ZW *

Very interesting.  I used to do some exploring of the drainage system in Omaha, mainly around one area in Millard, but even back then I found the tunnels cramped and short.  Maybe I should look into this again.

Zoë: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.

I've been in some of the old sewers in Omaha Under downtowns and midtown. it's kinda cool.
You need waders and gloves in some parts.

And there ARE those areas that have been used for "other than legal" purposes in the downtown area.  Most of them have been sealed off during renovations, etc.

There is still access, if you know were. Some are seal, and dead, but some only look seal, because they can't shut off those parts completely. due to the fact that they have to much function. It is too cool down there. When I was younger there is a place under Hanscom park big enough for a banquet, me and some friends of mine where planning a large dinner park and everyone was to come in formal wear, Tux and dresses. and we'd have servers and what not. Plans got shot down soon after.

Two years ago we also found out it would have been a Felony to get caught down there...

I didn't realize that it was a felony to be in some of those places.  But... some areas are private property.
